Refund timelines
Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of the returned parcel passing quality check at the seller warehouse.
Prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method in 3-5 working days. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or Zibong Wallet in 3-7 working days.
Zibong Wallet
Choosing wallet refund credits the amount instantly after quality check, with no waiting period. Wallet balance never expires and can be combined with any payment method.
Deductions
Shipping is never deducted from a refund. The COD handling fee is non-refundable once an order has been delivered.
