How do I track my order?
Open Profile → Orders, select the order and follow the live status timeline with courier tracking.
Can I change my size after ordering?
Yes. Raise an exchange from Profile → Orders within 7 days of delivery; pickup and re-delivery are free.
Are the products original?
Every seller on Zibong is KYC and GST verified, and each listing is quality-audited before it goes live.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes within India.
